Good morning, Lord

Verse of the Day:  Isaiah 40:3-5

"A voice of one calling: “In the wilderness prepare the way for the LORD ; make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

 Memory verse: Philippians 4:8 ►Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

Today's reading: DANIEL 8-10 3 JOHN 1



Every Obstacle


Isaiah 40:3-5

"A voice of one calling: “In the wilderness prepare the way for the LORD ; make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all people will see it together. For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”


I am one man who believes that all the things in this verse are spiritual-every spiritual desert-every spiritual valley-every spiritual mountain and hill-the spiritually rough ground-the spiritually rugged places.


I believe this because God is spirit: John 4:24 ►"God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

While all our obstacles are spirit, Jesus told parables to real people who walked in all these physical obstacles and His message is that whatever we need to carry on His work in the middle of all these obstacles will be provided when needed.


Romans 8:32 ►He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

The message of this time is not to expect presents from people but to expect every spiritual need provided completely by our Lord so we can give all that is required.


...because He Loves us...


Father in Heaven,

I have chosen to forget that You provide all I need and have chased after what the world offers. Forgive me, patient Lord. I choose to walk in your truth.
