Clean And Free

I know it has probably happened before but I do not really recall a storm with such hard rain as we had here the day after Christmas in 2018. But this morning is absolutely beautiful. Everything is washed down and the sun is shining and it is so still and peaceful.

Lamentations 3:22-23 English Standard Version (ESV)

22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;

his mercies never come to an end;

23 they are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

If you woke up with worries on your mind, it is time to take those thoughts and lock them away. Again: the only thing we will ever actually control in this life is our own mind-so do all you can do and rest in the new mercies of the Lord this morning.

Look into the morning sky and see God's love and peace.

No, I have no idea of your troubles but God knows it all and He never stops caring for you. God never has a moment when His heart is not full of love for you. God always has plans for your best.

Whether it is raining or sun shining, the peace of God is always ours to rest in.
