Good morning, Lord

Father in Heaven, I seek You first-the knowledge of Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Fill my consciousness constantly and complete Your joy in me as I take up my cross and follow...In Jesus' name…

“I remain confident of this, I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”

Verse of the day: “Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:9–11)

Unwrap This-Please

God gave us a child-His Son to be born here on this earth to grow up among us and to live and learn among us and to leave us His legacy of living a life without sin.

Christ took all the bad and wrong things we were ever going to do-our sins-and bore them all to the cross.

1 Peter 2:24 (ESV)

24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.

Jesus took our judgment and canceled our guilt.

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. ROMANS 8:1 In Christ we are completely forgiven-in God’s mind, our sins no longer exist in Christ.

Acts 10:43 (ESV)

43 To him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”

The Lord will never bring up an old sin to remind us-He has chosen to never remember-and only He is capable of that.

 Jeremiah 31:34-”...For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

The Spirit of Truth lives in us-God’s own Spirit lives in us and offers us thought to thought counsel and peace and strength for our entire lives.

John 16:13-”When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.”

Unwrap all this carefully and know these are the foundation of Life in Christ. God gives us everything else we will ever need to be free in this life-and forever with Him.

John 3:16-God gave us His son-to all who believe-so we can be with Him forever.

Unwrap this-please-and tell God you want His joy in your heart to be full to His glory.

...because He loves us, He will do it…

Father in Heaven,

Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come in my heart as it is in Heaven. Give me what Your know I need for today. Forgive me my angry heart. Lead me away from evil.
