Good morning, Lord

Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.

Nothing More...


I want to invite you to think about something and I invite you to send me your thoughts and let me know what you think.


"Our own ego and our feelings, can be damaged or 'hurt' if God is not on the throne of our hearts-if we have lapsed backed into natural self-control."


If we lose focus, we are lord over our lives and our egos rule and we are open to caring about 'what they think'. Bad feelings, hurt, anger, reprisal-all are dangers of those of us who 'take offense'.


How much do you care about what someone thinks of you? We learn from the start of our education that what is written in our record follows us all our lives. A lot of our lives are spent trying to erase mistakes or overcome bad choices just because of how all that looks to the world we live in.


This has never been more prevalent than today. Anything sent on a device is out there, somewhere-forever. Does that scare us? It is terrifying to some.


Man has tried to become God forever. Digital memory is forever-until it is unplugged.


God chooses to never remember our sin once we have confessed it. He will never, ever bring up past sin like people do. In Christ, we learn that our sins do not matter any more. They are gone-washed away by the blood of Christ in a flash.


The world, the enemy-remember our sins. God chooses, in His infinite love, to never do that.


We learn, in Christ, that hurt can be handled by Him...and He will lead us to the place where hurt dissipates quickly and is replaced by peace and His joy.


Life is good because God is great but there is still so much hurt. Must we increase the pain by allowing the world access to our egos by not allowing God control of our lives?


Or, will we seek God and see His hand in our lives bring us His joy and peace?


God wants nothing more than to make us complete in Him-nothing.


...because He loves us...

Father in Heaven,

Forgive me when I forget and try to control everything. Take my pain and Teach me how to control my thoughts as I follow You.

Great and loving God!
