Good morning, Lord

Father in Heaven, I seek You first-the knowledge of Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Fill my consciousness constantly and complete Your joy in me as I take up my cross and follow...In Jesus' name…

Memory verse: Psalm 27:13-14 (NIV)

I remain confident of this, I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”

Verse of the day-Proverbs 14:22

22 “Do they not go astray who devise evil?    Those who devise good meet steadfast love and faithfulness.”

Today’s reading: Numbers 7-8 Mark 4:21-41

Complete In Christ

Colossians 2: 9 “For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.”

You and I are complete in Christ. What does that mean? The fullness of God-everything that God is-is in Christ Jesus and is ours in Him. We are in Christ and are made complete by the fullness of God in Christ.

From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. (John 1:16)

In the beginning was the word and the Word was with God and was God ...and the word became flesh and dwelt among us...(John 1:1,14)

God’s complete fullness is ours in Christ because God sent His Son to us to live among us so we could see Him live full of grace and truth-to show us we can live full of grace and truth and know His ‘fullness’.

Do you live in His fullness? Do you want to know His fullness?

It is in times of worshiping in Spirit and Truth that we have those moments that seem to explode in reality-alone or in the family-but God wants our consciousness of His fullness to be constant. He wants us to know the life of ‘grace upon grace’ which is available and real if we only make Him the center of our own will.

1 John 2:15-18. “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”

The fullness of God; grace upon grace is ours in Him; the love of the Father is ours when our hearts desire the love of God.

Tell God this is where you want to be. Confess your worldly desires and surrender your mind and heart and He will put you there little by little.

...because He loves us, He will do it…

Father in Heaven,

Hallowed be your name. Let me know Your kingdom desire for obedience. Give me today what I need to experience Your fullness. Lead me away from evil.

Complete God of grace,

In the name of Christ Jesus,

Amen
